Welcome to Annie R. Mitchell!

On behalf of the entire Annie R. Mitchell staff, I am thrilled to welcome you to the new school year!  Whether you are returning or joining us for the first time, we are excited to have you as part of the Annie R. Mitchell Elementary School community -- a place where students are supported, challenged, and celebrated. 

Our school is proudly named after Annie R. Mitchell, a dedicated educator whose legacy continues to inspire our work each day.  We strive to honor her name by fostering a learning environment built on excellence and care for every child.

At Annie R. Mitchell, we believe in the strength of strong relationships, joyful learning and high expectations for all.  Our dedicated team is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child feels a strong sense of belonging and connection.  We value collaboration with families and believe that by working together, we can help every student grow academically, socially, and emotionally. 

This year we look forward to continuing to grow as a community of learners.  Whether it's through innovative instruction, meaningful student experiences, or school-wide events, we are committed to making this a memorable and successful year for every student.
